Office Administrator/Receptionist
Working alongside our office manager and sales team, you will be our first point of contact for the company. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own and use your initiative. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment, combined with excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly on all levels and an enthusiastic approach to your work will be required for this role.
Telesales experience preferred.
Production Vinyl Graphics Supervisor
You will be working alongside the production manager and design team and will be responsible for all aspects of design and production including the supervision and training of less experienced staff.
You will preferably have experience of vinyl graphics production including using plotters, laminators and digital printers, as well as Experience of working in a customer focused environment. You will also have good communication skills both written and oral and good I.T. skills, in particular, use of Adobe Illustrator or similar graphics based software. You must be well organised with a pro-active approach to your work and have the ability to work unsupervised.
Hours 8.30–5 Monday to Friday.
Telesales
Part-time telesales person required.
Sign Language are vehicle branding specialists that design, manufacture and fit vinyl graphics for customers in the UK and overseas.
We are looking for a confident, self motivated individual with telesales experience to fulfil this new position. The role is to generate new meetings with decision makers within businesses that operate a fleet of vehicles.
£8 per hour + commissions. Every Tuesday for 3 hours although there will be some flexibility with these hours.
